Attending the Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg Lotus User Group today in Antwerp Belgium.  Another classy event, organized and sponsored by Lotus partners. White linen. Fine wine. Fine chocolate.

Learning a lot about the culture here.  Customers want to see you, not just hear from you. You do not sell into his market unless you walk in the market.  Social tools can help, but you need to be really social to have success.  Something I found a bit ironic was that many of the Social Advocates spent their time locked in a room tweeting and blogging.  A bit anti-social if you think about it.
