Here is a typical scenario: You have a Policy & Procedure document (or a lengthy contract or document) in MS Word format. The document gets changed. We’re all working at a breakneck speed, so the last thing you have time for is to open multiple versions of the documents and visually compare the changes between them. You just want to see the changes made without having to read the whole document.

We built the Document Compare feature in DOCOVA V3 for this purpose (plus several applicable scenarios). Document Compare will show the changes between MS Word documents without physically opening the attachment. The compare can be done from the folder view or within the actual document.



The results can be published into a PDF attachment or within MS Word.
